Guildfordians News | Summer Touch Rugby back at Stoke Park (14+ to Adult)

Surrey Bisons are the touch rugby session of Guildfordians. We are looking for new players to come and try touch rugby - just turn-up and have a run-around. It is a great mixed-sex social sport, where everybody is welcome irrespective of previous experience of rugby - if you can catch a ball that's all we need to get you started (but you do need to be 14+). Coaching is available. And in the social section we don't count the scores - it's just about having fun, meeting new people and throwing a ball around.

For those who want to take is seriously, we have national level players and coaches to help you along the way with opportunities to enter tournaments regionally and nationally, in both male, female and mixed teams. A number of complete touch rugby novices have turned up at Stoke Park and gone on to represent England and other countries in European and World Cup tournaments!

Pop down on a Monday or Wednesday and introduce yourself - we will be on the touch pitch nearest the club-house. And bring a friend - you don't need to be associated with the club to have a go.
